Since the opening in 2008, Sarong Restaurant has become the hottest place to dine on the island. Founding Chef Will Meyrick (also from Mama San Restaurant) developed the concept after setting up several successful restaurants around Pacific Asia.

This is a unique place to spend the evening if you’re looking for a stylish and chic décor, attentive staff, and most importantly excellent Asian Fusion food.

Sarong Restaurant boasts two open-air dining pavilions, an outdoor lounge, garden and bar, all with a magical atmosphere. Here you can taste flavors from all around Asia complemented with world-class wines. The Chef travels into far flung Asian regions seeking out street food style to bring back to the Sarong Restaurant.

A must is to try the Tuna Tartare with ginger avocado, or Thai Roasted Duck Salad with red onion mint as a starter, and as a main course the Chicken grilled over coconut husk with soy honey glaze. Don’t miss their delicious Asian-inspired cocktails like the Mint Fog or Sarong Swizzle.
