Bandung Choral Society was founded in July 2000 to build a strong choral life in Indonesia by organising many events: concerts, seminars, workshops, choral music camps, collaborations, competitions and symposia. Singers and conductors gain experience by building skills, knowledge, and attitudes in workshops, rehearsals, and concerts. These projects involve various levels of choirs from children’s choir, to choirs of youth and seniors. BCS’s events involve various institutions, choral communities, schools, and churches from all over Indonesia and internationally.
